Fitness on the Green: BootCamp
Tuesdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM & Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM
This one hour signature class is a complete total body workout to help you get in shape or challenge your body to reach its fullest potential! This outdoor boot camp style class is a high intensity mix of cardio endurance, plyometric and agility exercises, athletic drills, kickboxing, calisthenics and strength-training. The instructors focus on encouragement rather than intimidation and design each class differently to push your limits and keep your body guessing.
